You are being abused
A quick look at the testing data that was provided in the compliance checks that Malcolm posted shows that two of these NON COMPLIANT fans are right on the boundary of Blenheim!

Noise levels in urban areas are way less than in the country. How come they are still running?
I presume because the Council haven't had the gumption to actually monitor the noise. Or more specifically to police their own rules. I suppose that's the beauty of having a rule that you can't enforce, you can always say that it's to hard to police and wring your hands.
A lone voice in the wilderness will not easily be heard.
Many voices will become a roar that will need to be heard.
A good point. One that I hope everyone who has been affected is taking to heart. It's an opportunity to speak and be heard.
