Frost Fans are equal opportunity annoyers

The good folks in Surrey, British Columbia are finding out that frost fans are more than willing to wake up residents who live next to blueberries as well as vineyards.

This should serve to emphasise that the problem isn't the fan's, so much as the arrogance of those who install them in situations where the health of their neighbours are of little concern.

Another lesson to be reinforced is the lack of fortitude of local government in the face of health of residents on one hand and making money on the other.
