So an article on stuff.co.nz about contamination from wineries being found at disposal sites is interesting.
But wait...
It says there that it takes 7.5 litres of waste water to make a single 750ml bottle of wine.
Surely we should be bottling the water and selling it instead of making the wine? Isn't this a win-win?
Bottled water sells like hot cakes. (or at least it's holding up better than wine prices)
